Blue Cheese Butter I

Ingredients

• ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
• ½ cup butter, softened

Directions

1. Stir ingredients into softened butter.
2. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
3. Serve with crackers as an hors d'oeuvre, or on baked potatoes or steaks.
