Country Butter Spread

Description

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Turner Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1997.

Ingredients

• 1 pound unsalted butter softened
• 1 cup canola oil
• 1 cup buttermilk

Directions

1. Whip ingredients together then store in a tightly covered container for up to 1 month.
