Reedamole

Ingredients

• 1 California Reed avocado
• salt - According to taste
• pepper - According to taste
• garlic powder - According to taste
• Salsa - According to taste

Directions

1. With stem side up, cut across Reed size 24 or 20, 2 inches down from stem.
2. Remove seed.
3. Using fork, break down fruit from the woody-skin and mash inside the California avocado.
4. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and salsa to taste.
5. You now have your own hand-held Reedamole as a delicious appetizer.
