Hearty Oatmeal Loaf

Description
Source: my adaptations from the cookbook that came with the machine
Ingredients
- ½ cup apple juice
- ¾ cup water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp orange juice concentrate
- 1½ tbsp salt
- 2½ cups whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup wheat gluten
- ¾ cup quick oats
- 3 tbsp yeast
Directions
- Mix in the order recommended by your breadmaker.
- This uses the fresh-milk white/wheat setting on the Black and Decker.
