Microwave Fudge

Ingredients

• 2¼ cups sugar
• ¾ cup evaporated milk
• ¼ cup margarine
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 cup marshmallow cream (or 16 large marshmallows)
• 6 oz pkg. of semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 tsp vanilla
• chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

1. Mix together sugar, evaporated milk, margarine and salt.
2. Then bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
3. Remove mixture from heat and add remaining ingredients.
4. Pour into buttered pan and chill.
