Peachy Salsa

Ingredients

• 1/3 Cup(s) highly packed cilantro
• 2 Cup(s) peeled and diced peaches
• 2 Cup(s) diced tomato
• 1 Teaspoon(s) lemon juice
• 1 Pinch(s) black pepper
• 1/4 Teaspoon(s) salt
• 1/2 Teaspoon(s) crushed garlic
• 1 Teaspoon(s) olive oil
• 2 Teaspoon(s) balsamic vinegar
• 1 Dash(s) cayenne pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or a food processor & process for a few seconds.

Serve immediately over hot, fresh pasta or refirgerate until ready to serve.
