Apple Knock
Ingredients
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 2 teaspoons whole cloves
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ gallon apple cider
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups orange juice
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 cup brandy, any fruit flavor
Procedures
- Tie cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg in cheesecloth.
- Simmer cider and sugar with spices for about 15 minutes.
- Remove bag of seasonings.
- Add orange juice, lemon juice and brandy.
- Heat to bubbling and serve.
