Be Creative Hot Dog Relish

Ingredients

Adjust and change to suit your particular tastes:

• onion
• green tomatoes
• green / red sweet peppers chopped
• salt
• sugar
• 1 tsp celery seed
• 1 tsp mustard seed

Procedures

1. A combination of the above ingredients, finely chopped.
2. Store in refrigerator in a covered jar.
3. Also good on polish sausage, bratwurst, and smoked sausages.
