Cafe Diable
- 2 T. sugar
- 5 Oz. dark rum or brandy
- 2 orange twists
- 10 Whole Cloves
- 2 Pieces Stick cinnamon (1 Inch Each)
- 5 Cups strong coffee
Put All Ingredients Except coffee in Chafing Dish. Heat Gently. Stir Constantly. Ignite And Let Burn One Minute. Slowly Add coffee. Ladle Into Cups.Serves 4 to 6
