Ingredients
- 3 cups of shredded raw carrots
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1¾ pounds brown sugar
- 2½ cups flour
- 1½ cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1½ cinnamon
- ¾ nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon mixed spice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
