This rub is great on pork, steak, fish, and chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/2 cup chipotle powder
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dried rosemary
- 1/4 cup dried thyme
- 1/2 cup dehydrated lemon peel
Procedure
- Combine all ingredients and keep in airtight container in cool, dark place.
