Ginger Rice with Pork Chops

- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 teaspoons Chicken bouillon granules
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced pimientos
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 grilled Pork or Lamb chops
- 1/2 cup gingersnap crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup vinegar or lemon juice
- 1/2 cup honey
