Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette

• This recipe yields about 1 cup of vinaigrette.

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 2 teaspoons maple syrup
• 2 teaspoons grainy mustard
• salt and pepper, to taste

Procedures

1. In a small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, syrup, mustard, salt and pepper until well-blended.
2. Alternatively, combine ingredients in a small jar, secure the lid, and shake until well-blended.
