Mustard Butter

Ingredients

• 7 oz/200 g butter,
• 1 oz/25 g mustard,
• salt

Procedures

1. Beat the butter with a wooden spoon until creamy.
2. Add mustard and salt. Mix well. Refrigerate until serving.
