Wantan Soup

Ingredients

• Minced meat
• Light soy sauce
• sesame oil
• pepper
• egg
• flour
• wantan wrapper
• Spring Onion

For soup:

• Soup stock
• Light soy sauce
• pepper
• pak choy

Procedures

Mixed all ingredients and wrap as shown on the photos. Fold and wet the wrapper to stick.

Throw them into boiling stock and cook briefly. Served immediately.
