Broccoli and Carrot Casserole

  1. In casserole dish, mix carrots, broccoli, romano cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over all vegetables; toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of vegetables.
  4. Bake at 350 °F until cheese is melted.
