Cajun Red Bean Salad

Makes 6 servings.



  1. Combine rice, beans, onions, celery, red pepper and green pepper in large bowl.
  2. Combine vinegar, oil, garlic, chili powder, salt and red pepper in small bowl.
  3. Whisk until well blended.
  4. Pour over salad.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  6. Serve cold or at room temperature.
