Description[edit]

My mom used to cook this every festive occasion. Everybody in the family likes it especially my daughter. Serve with hot cooked rice, if desired.

  • Original recipe yield: 4 servings.

  1. Pplace garlic and mushrooms in water and soak.
  2. Add the pork , mushrooms, garlic, and soy sauce in a pot.
  3. Cook on low heat for approx 1.5 - 1.75 hours.
