Creme de Papaya

Papaya cream

Ingredients

• 1 ripe papaya
• 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
• 1 tbsp Crème de cassis
• 1 sprig of mint for decoration

Procedures

1. Peel papaya and remove seeds.
2. Cut into small pieces.
3. Place in blender with ice cream and crème de cassis.
4. Mix well until smooth.
5. Pour into a small bowl and garnish with mint.
