- 2½ oz bourbon
- ½ oz crème de menthe (green)
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 5 chopped mint leaves
- club soda
- Combine all ingredients in blender without ice.
- Pour into collins glass over ice cubes.
- Fill with club soda and decorate with a sprig of mint.
