Seasoned Meat Balls

  1. Mix 1 lb. ground Beef with 1/2 lb. ground Bacon or Pork.
  2. Season to taste (salt, pepper, Cayenne, crushed garlic) and add 3 beaten eggs.
  3. After chilling for at least one hour, shape into egg-size balls.
  4. Roll them in flour, then in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs.
  5. Deep fry or pan fry until golden. Drain.
  6. Arrange in shallow oven dish and add tomato sauce.
  7. Heat thoroughly in medium oven.
  8. Serve very hot, with rice.
