Szechwan Burgers with Cilantro Slaw

  • Makes 6 servings



  1. Whisk together first 3 ingredients and ¼ tsp salt in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in coleslaw mix, green onions, and sesame seeds.
  3. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
  4. Coat a cold cooking grate with cooking spray and place on grill.
  5. Preheat grill to 300°F to 350°F (medium).
  6. Combine ground chicken, next 3 ingredients, and remaining ¾ tsp salt in a large bowl until blended.
  7. Shape into 6 (¾-inch) patties.
  8. Grill patties, covered with grill lid, 5 minutes on each side or until done.
  9. Grill buns cut side down 1 – 2 minutes until lightly toasted.
  10. Place 1 burger on top of each bottom bun; top evenly with slaw mixture, and tops of buns.
