Cilbir Serves 4.



  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, garlic and salt.
  2. Add the vinegar and some salt to boiling water, and poach the eggs.
  3. Remove the eggs with a slotted spoon and place an egg in each dish.
  4. Cover the eggs with plenty of yogurt.
  5. Melt the butter in a small skillet.
  6. Stir in the paprika, and pour the hot butter over the eggs.
  7. Serve immediately.
