Crab and Cheese Salad
- 1 pack (6oz) frozen crabmeat or 1 can (6oz) crab, drained
- ½ cup (2oz) Swiss cheese shredded
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup finely chopped celery
- ¼ cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup French dressing or cocktail sauce
- salt to taste
- If using frozen crab, drain about half the liquid off.
- Combine all ingredients; chill and serve.
