Ground veal

Ground veal is simply veal that has been ground or finely chopped.

Ground veal can be prepared at home or it can be bought from supermarkets, grocery stores or butcher shops. Ground veal is minced or cubed veal meat preferably from the less tender and less popular cuts of the veal. Ground veal or minced veal is made of finely chopped veal, minced by a meat grinder.
