Kartofel Salat



  1. Cut cold boiled potatoes into ½" cubes.
  2. Add chopped green onions, fresh tomatoes, crushed hard-boiled eggs and miracle whip and sour cream to taste.
  3. Mix until completely coated.
  4. Cover and let sit in the fridge 3 or 4 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
  5. Serve with hot or cold meats.
