Parmesan-crusted Veggie Sandwich

Vegan butter


  1. Blend together the "butter", parmesan, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread a portion of the mixture on one side each slice of bread.
  3. Grill vegan bread slices in batches on a non-stick frying pan for about 3 minutes, until crisp and deep brown.
  4. When done, set aside.
  5. In a small bowl, blend the mayo and mustard.
  6. On a piece of toast, spread a layer of the mayo mixture, avocado, tomatoes, onions, and sprouts.
  7. Place another toast slice on top and enjoy this incredibly delicious sandwich!! yum!.
