  1. Sauté onion and garlic in butter, then add the mushrooms and shrimp.
  2. Stir over high heat 2 minutes, add thyme and brandy.
  3. Ignite to flambe.
  4. Add rest of ingredients and simmer till sauce thickens.
  5. Serve with grilled or seafood of your choice and buttered noodles.
