Alaska Salmon Stir-fry

Ingredients[edit]

  • 1 7-1/2-ounce can salmon, drained
  • 4 green onions, trimmed and sliced diagonally
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie soy sauce
  • 1 red pepper, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 cup snow Peas
  • 1 cup sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Procedures[edit]

Flake salmon; set aside.


Spray non-stick pan or wok with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add onions, soy sauce and pepper; toss. Cover and cook 2 minutes. Add salmon, Peas and Mushrooms; toss. Cover and cook 1 minute. Serve over rice.
