  1. Combine rice, crab meat, peas and green onions in large mixing bowl.
  2. Blend mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and white pepper.
  3. Add to rice mixture; toss lightly.
  4. Serve on lettuce leaves.
  5. Garnish with almonds.
