Amish Schnitzel Beans

Ingredients

• 6 slices bacon
• 3 medium onions, sliced
• 1 lb fresh green beans
• 2 cups fresh diced tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon pepper
• ⅓ cup boiling water

Procedures

1. Dice bacon and fry.
2. Add sliced onions and fry.
3. Add green beans and brown slightly.
4. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and water.
5. Lower heat and cook.
