Arepitas de Maiz

Ingredients

• 1 cup of corn flour
• ¼ cup of oil
• 2 tablespoons of milk
• 1 teaspoons of sugar
• ½ teaspoons of salt
• 1 egg

Procedures

1. Mix all the ingredients except the oil.
2. In a shallow frying pan heat the oil.
3. Pour the mix one spoonful at a time into pan, making small cakes.
4. Fry the cakes till golden brown on both sides.
5. Serve immediately.
