Avocado (Butterless) Marmalade and Plantains

  1. In a mixing bowl, chop avocados with cream cheese until buttery texture and creamy consistency.
  2. Add 2 oz guava marmalade or preserves.
  3. Mix well with electric mixer or by hand with a whisk.
  4. Serve with crispy plaintain sticks or croissants.
