BBQ Pork fried rice

  • 1 piece (750 g) boneless pork loin, cut into 30 pieces

For pork marinating

For fried rice


  • Shredded cabbage
  • Tomato
  • Pickles
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Cucumber


For grilled pork

  1. Mix all the marinating sauce on a bowl, and place the pork into the sauce mixture. Wrap with plastic wrapper, and refrigerate in refrigerator until 25 minutes. Make sure the sauce in the bowl is really absorbed.
  2. Place the pork into the baking pan and bake at 20 minutes in temperature 200°C. After finish, put the pork into the plate.

For fried rice

  1. Heat the olive oil and sesame oil on the medium wok. Fry the garlic, red chillies, ginger and scallion, stir briefly at 1 minutes. Add the mixed egg and rice.
  2. Add the grilled pork, salted soy sauce, chicken powder, oyster sauce, salt and jalapeño. Stir until mixed all.
  3. Serves hot with garnishing
