4 bass fillets
Salt to taste
Lemon juice
1/3 C sour cream
3 T grated horseradish
4 T grated cheese
Pepper to taste
Bread crumbs
Sprinkle fillets with salt and lemon juice; refrigerate for several hours. Drain. Place in buttered baking dish; sprinkle with additional lemon juice.. Combine sour cream, horseradish, cheese and pepper; spread over bass. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350� for 30 to 40 minutes.
