Baraboa Mas Huni
- 300 g pumpkin (peeled, boiled in salted water and drained)
- 50 g Onion (sliced thinly)
- 25 g coconut (freshly grated)
- 25 g Smoked Tuna Fillet (thinly sliced)
- 1 cherry pepper (chopped)
- Juice of 1 lime
- salt to season
- Crush the Onion and cherry pepper with lime juice and salt. Add in coconut and Tuna and crush them well.
- Squeeze the water out of the drained pumpkin.
- Add in the pumpkin and bind all the ingredients together. Adjust seasoning.
