Barbados Planter's Punch

Ingredients

• 3 oz. gold rum
• 1 oz. lime juice (fresh)
• ½ tsp. superfine sugar
• dash of orange bitters
• fill with sparkling water

Procedures

1. Shake with cracked ice and pour into a chilled collins glass.
2. Garnish with a slice of orange, a slice of banana, a maraschino cherry and sprinkle with nutmeg.
