• Yield: about ½ cup seasoning mix.

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp bay leaf
• 2 tbsp white pepper
• 2 tbsp black pepper
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp allspice
• 1 tbsp mace
• 1 tbsp cloves

Procedures

1. Blend all spices together and store in a tightly closed jar.
