Beer Muffins

Description

This recipe came from an estate sale. It was obtained when the family collection was purchased from the Poe Estate in Justin, Texas in 1987.

Ingredients

  • 1 can beer
  • 3 cups all purpose baking mix
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg

Procedures

  1. Mix dry ingredients well then carefully add beer.
  2. Bake at 400 °F for 20 minutes in paper liners or muffin tin.
