Black Radish with Goose Fat
Ingredients
- 2 – 3 black radishes
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp goose fat
- salt
Procedures
- Peel and wash the black radish in cold water, then shred it with a shredder.
- Peel and grate the onion, mix with the black radish, moisten with melted goose fat and add the salt to taste.
