Blackberry Mush

To make blackberry mush:
Ingredients
- 100 g Blackberries
- 80 g sugar
- 240 ml water
- 40 ml cornstarch
Procedure
- Put the fruit in a pot
- Simultaneously:
- Mash the fruit to a pulp
- Add lots of sugar, cornstarch and water
- Simmer or boil, uncovered, to reduce moisture
- Serve hot over ice cream, or cold as jam
Raspberries, plums, blueberries, and peaches may be cooked in the same way.
