Ingredients

• 1 ounce dark rum
• 1 ounce Tía Maria
• 1 ounce pineapple juice

Procedures

1. Pour rum and Tía Maria in a cordial glass.
2. Float the pineapple juice on top by holding a teaspoon bottom-side up over the glass and pouring the pineapple juice over it slowly.
