Boiled Cassava Tubers

Ingredients

• sweet cassava tubers, washed, peeled and cut into serving-sized pieces
• salt and black pepper to taste

Procedures

1. Bring salted water to the boil in a saucepan.
2. Add the sweet cassava tuber pieces
3. Cook until tender
4. Serve with any main dish: fufu, plantains or boiled rice.
