Bologna Paste

Description

In Romanian: Pasta de parizer

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb/250 g bologna,
• 2 hard boiled eggs,
• mustard to taste,
• salt,
• pepper,
• lettuce,
• radishes

Procedures

1. Grind the bologna together with the eggs.
2. Mix the resulting paste with mustard, add salt and pepper.
3. Place the paste on a plate, garnish with chopped lettuce and radishes carved as flowers.
4. You can use this to fill sandwiches too.
