Brandied Peaches 'n' Cream

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz peach schnapps
• 1/2 oz peach brandy
• 1 1/2 oz cream of coconut
• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
• 8 oz crushed ice

Procedures

1. Mix well in a blender until smooth. Serve in a specialty glass.
2. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or fresh peach wedge.
