Serve with chicken breasts or as a side dish. Makes 6 servings.

  1. Combine rice and chicken broth in 2- to 3-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling. Stir.
  2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes.
  3. Cook onion, celery and garlic in butter until tender; stir into cooked rice.
  4. Stir in salt, pepper and nuts.
  5. Serve with chicken breasts or as a side dish.
