Nice and strong miso with subtile flavour. Ideal for miso soup. Brown rice miso is made from organic soybeans and brown rice and has been fermented for more than 1 year (up to 18 months) in wooden (cedar) drums. During this fermentation subtle flavours are formed. Rice miso can be used in soups, sauces, dressings, spreads, fish and vegetable dishes.
