Brussels Sprouts with Butter
Ingredients
- 2 lbs / 1 kg Brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- salt
Procedures
- Choose small sprouts, remove yellow leaves, wash well and set to boil in salted water, at high temperature, for about 20 minutes.
- Drain well. Place the butter in a pan and fry the bread crumbs until golden brown.
- Add the sprouts and keep on heat for a few minutes longer, shaking the pan until the sprouts are well mixed with the fried bread crumbs. Add salt.
