Ingredients
- 1 lbs tofu, crumbled
- 2 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp Onion, dried
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 4 tsp mustard, prepared
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
Procedures
1 Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2 Spread 1 ½ tablespoons puree on each corn husk "boat."
3 Cook for 20 minutes. or until husks have softened.
4 Season to taste with sea salt and lime juice.
5 Serve!
