Buffalo Burger

The taste of a buffalo hot wing in burger form.



  1. Heat griddle or fry pan to medium high heat
  2. Form burger into 3⅓ lb patties
  3. Season patties with salt and pepper.
  4. Fry each side of patty to personal tastes
  5. Dip each patty in buffalo sauce.
  6. Mix crumbled blue cheese with coleslaw
  7. Assemble burger with bun, burger, blue cheese coleslaw mixture and top with another bun
